The Striker Sprite grants Overdrive whenever you Mantle, Hurdle or Wall Scramble — momentum on tap. It drops at 5.25% per chest. Once you've collected it once, you can summon the Striker Sprite again for 2,700 Sprite Dust — usually faster than fishing for it in chests.

The Striker Sprite drops from Sprite Chests at roughly 5.25%. Sprite Chests are the guaranteed-Sprite source, so open every one you find; it's often spotted near high and mountainous areas.
