Sprite Checklist (“we”, “us”) operates spritechecklist.net. We keep this simple: your collection lives in your own browser, and we don't ask you to sign in.
Your checklist stays on your device
Your Collected, Mastered and trade selections are saved with your browser's localStorage. They stay on your device — we do not upload, store or have access to your collection. Clearing your browser data (or using the in-app “Reset”) erases it. Your shareable/backup code is generated on your device and is only shared if you choose to copy and send it.
Information we collect
We do not run user accounts and do not ask for personal information. Like most websites, our hosting provider may process standard technical log data (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) to serve the site securely. If you email us, we receive the address and content you send.
Cookies and analytics
We use only what's needed to run the site and understand aggregate usage. Any analytics we use is configured to avoid collecting personally identifying information.
Third-party advertising (Google AdSense)
If and when we show ads, third-party vendors including Google may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and/or other sites on the internet.
